Keystone Community Resource: Values

At the end of the day, this organization is built on a foundation of caring. They aim to nurture those they serve and facilitate safer ways for them to live and thrive. Beyond that, however, the organization is built on a long list of values.

Internally, they work hard to maintain and expand the programs and services needed for community members with autism or other development disabilities to flourish. Teamwork, mutual respect, and dedication are the bedrock of these values.

Residential Resources

When someone needs continued care, even at home, they can turn to the residential services offered by KCR. In community group homes, they can live, work, learn, shop, and kick back with leisurely activities. In this way, they receive a more well-rounded living experience: Practical but also fun.

Day Options

If individuals only need help throughout the day, there are plenty of options for them, too. Pre-employment and vocational training, supported employment, and daily living activities are just a few of the programs offered.

Community Support Services

In-home care, companion care, life sharing, and supported living provide more hands-on, one-on-one care for individuals seeking a heightened family feel. Through these services, their caretakers may start to feel like a dear friend or a part of their extended family.
